Using SignKoala
Terms and Conditions
A few things to know before you upload, sign, or share a document with SignKoala.
Using SignKoala responsibly
Use SignKoala only for lawful purposes and documents you are authorized to upload, sign, or share. Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s signature without authority, or use the service to send unwanted invitations.
Review your document and recipient email addresses before sharing. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis to provide other people’s personal information and for informing them about the signing request. Keep private document links and verification codes secure.
Your documents and signatures
Your documents remain yours. SignKoala helps you place signatures, invite participants, and download completed documents. Check all details before completing a signing request.
A completion certificate records signing activity and a fingerprint of the completed file. It is not notarization, legal advice, or a guarantee that a document or signature will be accepted for every purpose. Confirm any special signing requirements with the receiving party.
Privacy and sharing
Only upload personal information needed for your signing request, and share documents only with the intended participants. Our Privacy Policy explains how SignKoala processes information and describes your privacy rights.
Storage and document expiry
Documents and signatures are stored privately with access controls. Protect your account and sharing links, and download completed files before the expiry date shown in your workspace. SignKoala should not be your only archive.
Document access expiry does not necessarily mean that every related record is immediately deleted. Signing, delivery, and operational records may have different retention requirements.
Public signature verification
Anyone with a certificate reference or an existing verification link can check whether SignKoala has an available completed signing record. The public result shows only a status and date. It does not independently verify a person’s identity, authority to sign, or the contents of a document.
An unavailable or expired record cannot be verified. An “Unable to verify” result does not establish that a signature is fraudulent.
