Copy the full 26-character Certificate ID from your completion certificate.

A little help

Signing, kept simple.

Upload a file, create your signature, then place it exactly where you want it. Review the document before you finish.

Your documents stay yours.

Documents and signatures are stored privately. Only someone with the appropriate access can open them. Download your completed files before the expiry date shown in your workspace.

About your certificate

The completion certificate records the signing activity and a fingerprint of your finished file. It is not a notarization or a guarantee that a particular document will be legally accepted.

On your phone

Use a finger or stylus to draw. Add SignKoala to your home screen from your browser’s share menu for a little more room to work. Signing and sharing need an internet connection.
